Fermented foods are an awesome source of good bacteria, which are commonly referred to as probiotics. As a matter of fact, dozens of different civilizations have used fermentation to enhance the beneficial properties found in fruits, vegetables, and other natural ingredients.
Probiotics are extremely important to maintain a healthy, balanced body. For starters, these microorganisms work in harmony with the digestive system to break down foods. And, they can also strengthen your immune system and assist with the production of vital nutrients.
But, there are many factors that can reduce the number of probiotics in your gut and have a negative impact on your digestive flora. These include heavy alcohol consumption, aging, and health conditions that may reduce the number of good bacteria in your body. In these cases, Dr. Ohhira’s Probiotics Professional Formula can help restore balance in your gut and supports healthy immune and body function as a whole.
- Contains Different Types of Probiotic: 12 different strains
- Relieves Digestive Upset: Soothe occasional stomach discomfort
- Supports Immune Function: Yes

The prebiotic ingredients, which include fermented goji berries, prunes, figs, blueberries, mushrooms, kombu kelp, and many more, provide support for the development of good bacteria. This unique blend also contains a special dose of postbiotics that is created during the fermentation process, which consists of pH-balancing organic acids and other essential nutrients.
- Prebiotics come in the form of fermented fruits and vegetables, which support the development of probiotics
- Probiotics are good bacteria that live in our gut, but also support the immune system and other body functions
- Postbiotics are organic acids, including short-chain fatty acids, antioxidants, enzymes, and other byproducts that help support healthy digestive function
