Q: How is this one supposed to help with circulation? A: It’s meant to help your body make more nitric oxide. The main ingredient is 1,000 mg of L-citrulline per 2 capsules, which people often use for blood flow, exercise stamina, and healthy blood pressure already in the normal range.

Q: Does this have arginine in it? A: No. It uses L-citrulline instead, 1,000 mg per serving, plus a 382 mg CranLoad blend with cranberry extract and grape seed extract.

Q: Should I take it with food or on an empty stomach? A: Usually people take it between meals. I’d go with 2 capsules once or twice a day. If your stomach is sensitive, try it with a small snack and see how that goes.
