Q: Does this shampoo work well if I wash my hair a lot after workouts? A: Yes. It uses sulfate-free cleansers like sodium lauroyl methyl isethionate, sodium cocoyl glutamate, and sodium methyl cocoyl taurate, so it gets sweat and oil out without being as harsh as a typical sulfate shampoo.

Q: Should I use it every day or just after the gym? A: You can use it daily. Put it on wet hair, massage it into your scalp and through the ends, then rinse well.

Q: Why does this one say watermelon if there are a bunch of other plant ingredients too? A: Because watermelon fruit extract is in it, but it’s not the only plant ingredient. It also has aloe juice, orange fruit extract, blackberry, chamomile, calendula, rooibos, pomegranate, and a little avocado oil.

Q: I've heard sulfate-free shampoos don't lather well. Does this one foam up? A: Usually, yes. Cocamidopropyl betaine and sodium lauroyl methyl isethionate help it lather, so it should still foam up nicely without leaving your hair feeling stripped.

Q: Is there anything in here that could bother a sensitive scalp? A: Maybe. A lot of people do fine with it, but it does have essential oils like orange peel, mandarin peel, and clove bud oil. If you're really sensitive to fragrance or botanicals, I'd patch test first.
