It may help support digestive health and overall cardiovascular wellness*. Basically, fiber is a big deal for whole-body wellness!*

You can get a good amount of fiber from fruits, vegetables, and grains, though beans and legumes are especially known for it. And really, if we’re being honest — just how much fiber do we actually eat in a day?

Garden of Life Raw Fiber gives us just the right amount of fiber we need, and more!

  • Whole-Food Fiber is one of the best ways for our bodies to take in enough of this important nutrient. And this fiber supplement includes both types of fiber! Soluble fiber is good for the colon, may help maintain healthy cholesterol levels already within normal range*, and helps support regularity and healthy digestion*. • Omega 3 fatty acids from flax and chia seeds helps maintain healthy blood pressure levels already within normal range* and supports cardiovascular health*.

  • 15 raw organic superfoods, which include organic sprouts and grains like flax seed, amaranth, quinoa, chia, garbanzo bean, lentils, adzuki bean, and coconut flour, give you extra nourishment and a little get-up-and-go to carry you through the day.*

  • Does not include artificial flavors, sweeteners, and preservatives, which may affect your body’s absorption of nutrients into your digestive system. This fiber supplement is also psyllium-free, unlike many fiber supplements for digestive support.*

FAQs About Garden of Life RAW Organic Fiber

Q: Does this help with regularity or is it more for added fiber in smoothies? A: Yes, a lot of people use it for regularity. Each scoop gives you 9 grams of fiber, 4 grams soluble and 5 grams insoluble, so you’re getting both types.

Q: How should I take Garden of Life RAW Organic Fiber? A: Start with one scoop in 10 to 12 ounces of water. Mix it and drink it right away, then keep up with water during the day too.

Q: I've heard fiber powders can cause bloating. Is this one gentle? A: It can be, but I’d still start slow. A full scoop is 27 grams and includes flax, chia, sprouted grains, legumes, and 900 million CFU of Bacillus coagulans, so some people do better with a half scoop for the first few days.

Q: Why does this one say psyllium-free? A: Because the fiber here comes from flax, chia, coconut flour, and a big sprout-and-fiber blend, not psyllium husk. Some people avoid psyllium because it gets too thick or just doesn’t sit well.

Q: Does it have anything besides fiber in it? A: Yeah. You also get 1 gram of omega-3s as alpha-linolenic acid from flax and chia, plus 7 grams of protein per scoop. It also has 900,000,000 CFU of Bacillus coagulans.

Q: My doctor said to be careful with supplements if I'm on medication. Is there anything to watch with this one? A: Yes, I’d check with your pharmacist or doctor first. Fiber can affect how some medications are absorbed, so it’s usually smart to take meds a couple of hours away from a fiber powder like this.

Q: Should I avoid this if I have food allergies? A: Maybe. This one contains coconut, so if you avoid tree nuts, that’s the main thing to watch. And if you’re pregnant or nursing, talk with your OB or midwife before starting it.
