What's in it

The fiber comes from organic flax, chia and 15 other organic whole foods, rather than from psyllium alone. That blend is the difference between this and a supermarket fiber powder, and it's why there are also probiotics and omega-3 fatty acids in the mix.

If you've used psyllium-only products and found them gluey, the texture here is different. Not everyone prefers it, but it's a different experience.

Starting out

Begin with half a serving for the first week. Going straight to a full dose of any fiber supplement is uncomfortable, and it's the single most common reason people abandon one.

Drink more water than feels necessary. Fiber needs water to do its job, and taking it dry produces exactly the problem you were trying to solve.

Availability

People search for whether this is out of stock, which tells you something about how often it sells out. If it's unavailable here, ask us and we'll tell you what we're expecting rather than leaving you guessing.

Check with your doctor if you're pregnant, nursing, taking medication or managing a health condition, and space it apart from any medication you take, since fiber affects absorption.
