Q: Does this actually give you a good amount of MCTs per serving? A: Yes. One tablespoon gives you 5,400 mg of MCT oil. It comes from coconut and/or palm kernel.

Q: How should I take this one? A: Take one tablespoon a day. Most people either take it straight off the spoon or mix it into yogurt, oatmeal, or a smoothie. Refrigerate after opening.

Q: Why does this taste sweet if there's no sugar? A: Because it's sweetened with xylitol, not sugar. It also has glycerine, which helps with the texture.

Q: I've heard MCT oil can upset your stomach. Is that true with this one? A: Yeah, it can for some people, especially if you start too fast. If you're sensitive, I'd start with less than a full tablespoon and work up.
