Q: Does this give you a decent amount of protein per scoop? A: Yes. One scoop gives you 20 grams of protein. The blend uses organic pea protein, organic hemp seed protein, and cranberry seed protein.

Q: Should I take one scoop or two? A: One scoop is the serving. Mix 1 scoop with 12 ounces of cold water or whatever you want to drink it with. If you're using it after a workout or just trying to get more protein in during the day, start there.

Q: I've heard plant protein can be hard on digestion. Is this one okay? A: Usually, yes. This one has 1.5 grams of fiber, no sugar, and the protein comes from pea, hemp, and cranberry seed instead of dairy. For a lot of people, that feels easier on the stomach than whey.

Q: Why does this have MCTs in it? A: It has a small amount added. You get 2 grams of MCT concentrate from coconut oil per scoop, which works out to 1 gram of actual medium-chain triglycerides.

Q: Does it have dairy, and is it actually vegan? A: Yeah, it's vegan. The protein is 100% plant-derived, and there aren't any dairy ingredients listed.

Q: My doctor said to watch my sodium. Is this one high? A: It's a little higher than some protein powders. One scoop has 378 mg of sodium, so if you're on a sodium-restricted diet, that's something to pay attention to.

Q: Is there anything I should be careful with before trying it? A: Yes.
