Q: My kid is 6. How many gummies would they take? A: For ages 4 to 11, it's one gummy a day. For a short stretch, the directions also allow 1 gummy twice daily. They should chew it well before swallowing.
Q: What's actually in this one for elderberry? A: It has both forms of elderberry. Each gummy contains 425 mg of organic black elderberry fruit juice concentrate and 4 mg of organic black elderberry fruit extract.
Q: I've heard elderberry can be too much for little kids. Is this made for children? A: Yes, this one is made for kids ages 4 to 11. I'd stick to the age range on the bottle. If your child is under 4, I'd ask their pediatrician first.
