Suggested Use: Fold the flannel at least once to create a pack sized for the desired application area, then saturate it with castor oil. The oil may be preheated, or the pack may be used with a heating pad or hot water bottle. Position it over the desired area and cover with a piece of plastic and a heating pad, if desired. Leave in place for an hour or more.
After removal, cleanse the skin with a solution of baking soda and water using 1 teaspoon of baking soda per pint of water. Use daily or for 2–3 consecutive days each week.
Store in a plastic bag or other container in a cool, dry place.
