FAQs About Jocko Combat Tested 2.0 Capsules
Q: Does this actually have ingredients people use for testosterone support? A: Yes. It has tongkat ali at 300 mg, fadogia agrestis at 300 mg, shilajit at 250 mg, plus zinc at 15 mg and vitamin D at 38 mcg. Those are the main ingredients people usually look for in hormone support.
Q: How do I take Jocko Combat Tested 2.0? A: Take 4 capsules a day, preferably in the morning. I’d take them with breakfast, or right after food if herbs on an empty stomach bother you.
Q: Why does this have DIM in it? A: DIM is in here at 100 mg. People usually take it because it supports estrogen metabolism, so it often gets added to testosterone-focused formulas.
Q: I've heard fadogia can be harsh. Should I be careful with this one? A: Yeah, I’d be careful if you’re sensitive to stronger herbal blends. Fadogia agrestis is 300 mg here, and human research is still pretty limited, so I’d check with your doctor if you have any medical issues or take meds.
Q: Does it have anything in it that could interact with medications? A: Possibly. Aged garlic extract at 500 mg and ginger extract at 500 mg can both be an issue with blood thinners. If you take anything for clotting, blood pressure, or blood sugar, check with your pharmacist first.
Q: My doctor said I should watch my zinc and vitamin D. How much are in this? A: This gives you 15 mg of zinc as zinc picolinate and 38 mcg, or 1,500 IU, of vitamin D per 4-capsule serving. For a lot of people that’s a reasonable amount, but if you already take both, add up your totals.
Q: Should I take this if I'm pregnant or nursing? A: No, I wouldn’t start this during pregnancy or nursing unless your OB or midwife specifically says it’s okay. Between the hormone-focused herbs and DIM, I wouldn’t wing it.
