Q: How is this one supposed to help with bone health? A: It packs several bone basics into one serving. You get 50 mcg vitamin D3, 374 mg calcium, 200 mg magnesium glycinate, and 100 mcg K2 as MK-7, plus strontium, boron, and silicon.
Q: Should I take it during the day or at night? A: At night. The suggested use is 3 tablets before bed, and it has 3 mg melatonin, so I wouldn't take it earlier unless you already know that works for you.
Q: Why does it have melatonin in a bone supplement? A: Because it's meant for bedtime. It has 3 mg melatonin per serving, so for some people it's basically a two-in-one bedtime product. If you don't want melatonin, this probably isn't the one to get.
Q: My doctor said to watch vitamin K. Does this one have any? A: Yes, it has 100 mcg of vitamin K2 as MK-7. If you're on warfarin or another blood thinner, check with your doctor or pharmacist before using it.
