Fine Mist: Adults, 30 sprays, hold under tongue for 30 seconds, then swallow. Children 4 years and older, 15 Sprays.
Vertical Spray: Adults, 10 Sprays. Children 4 years and older, 5 Sprays.

Consult a physician before taking this product if you are pregnant, nursing, taking any medications (as colloidal silver may interfere with the absorption of some drugs, including antibiotics and thyroid deficiency medication), or have a medical condition. Follow recommended dosage guidelines, especially those given by your healthcare provider.
