Q: How do I take Nuun Sport + Caffeine? A: Drop one tab into 16 ounces of water. I’d use it before, during, or after a workout, and let it dissolve all the way before drinking it.
Q: Why does this one have so much sodium? A: That’s intentional. Each tablet has 300 mg of sodium, plus 150 mg of potassium and 25 mg of magnesium. That’s the kind of electrolyte mix people usually look for when they’re sweating a lot.
Q: Is there much sugar in it? A: No. Each tablet has 15 calories, 1 gram of sugar, and 4 grams of carbs, and it’s sweetened in part with stevia.
Q: I've heard magnesium can upset your stomach. Is that a concern here? A: Usually not at this amount, but some people are sensitive to it. This one has 25 mg of magnesium oxide, which isn’t a large dose. I’d still drink it with water and not on a completely empty stomach if your stomach is touchy.
