Plant Therapy Tension Tamer KidSafe Essential Oil Contains:
Palmarosa Essential Oil: This oil is both calming and uplifting, prompting calm contentment and relaxation.*
Lavender Essential Oil: A classic and a favorite among aromatherapists, lavender essential oil is excellent for promoting calm, easing nervous tension, and prompting relaxation of both body and mind.*
Geranium Essential Oil: These sweet, herbaceous essential oil eases tension and promotes a feeling or harmony.*
Lemon Essential Oil: Uplifting and refreshing, this essential oil is a favorite for clearing away gloomy thoughts and encouraging cheerful contentment.*
Roman Chamomile Essential Oil: Reduces worry and stress while encouraging both mind and body to decompress — it’s no wonder this essential oil is a favorite in soothing aromatherapy blends.*

Suggested Use:
Cautions: Do not use undiluted on skin. Keep out of reach of children. Consult a physician before using this product if you are pregnant, nursing, taking any medications, or have a medical condition. We do not recommend the ingestion of essential oils.
- Pre-Diluted Roll-On: Apply to the back of the neck and temples.
- 10 mL Bottle: Aromatic: Diffuse 2-3 drops per 100 mL of water or use in a personal inhaler. Topical: Dilute to 2-4% in a carrier.
Quick Essential Oil Recipe to make Your Own Tension Tamer Roll-On:
Blend all of the following into a 10mL roller bottle. Add the essential oils before filling with your carrier oil of choice. Apply to the back of the neck and the temples.
- 2 drops Spearmint essential oil
- 2 drops Grapefruit Pink essential oil
- 1 drop Chamomile Roman essential oil
- 1 drop Bergamot essential oil
- 10 mL (2 tsp) carrier oil of your choice
