How do I pay for a pre-order?

To place a pre-order, you’ll need to have a customer account with us and a payment option set up within your account. When the pre-order is fulfilled and ready to be shipped, the payment option you’ve provided will be charged automatically.

I purchased Route on your site and need to submit a claim, where do I go?

  1. Check your inbox for an email from Route, the sender should be: The Healthy Place via Route ([email protected])
  2. You can also go to this link and fill out the required information: https://claims.route.com/ 

I submitted a claim through Route, when can I expect to hear back?

Luckily Route is super quick and responds to claims within 60 min! 

I placed an order online and want to add Route after, how can I do this?

  • If your order has not shipped yet, our team can help! Please send us a message using our contact form. A member of our team will get back to within one business day.
  • If your order has already shipped, unfortunately, there’s no way to add Route to your order.

I submitted a claim through Route to have my order re-shipped. Do I need to re-place the order online?

  • No! That’s the beauty of Route. They will replace the order for you 🙂
  • If your item(s) are out of stock, Route will reach out to you and offer a refund or you can speak with one of our Wellness Consultants for alternatives. 

Why would I want to purchase Route?

Route offers you “peace of mind” package protection for all of your orders at an affordable price. The cost to you – to fully protect your package in the event that it is lost, damaged, or stolen – is calculated based on the subtotal of the order and the partnership between Route and the merchant.

Do you offer testing services?

We understand how important testing services are for many of our customers. At this time we do not provide testing services, including but not limited to blood tests, nutrient testing, allergy testing, urine testing, or hair testing.
