The Healthy Place Returns Policies
We’re here to help you Find Your Healthy Place — and that means accepting returns!
Your wellness journey doesn’t have to be complicated, and neither do returns and refunds. Don’t hesitate to contact our team at [email protected] to discuss your return if you need assistance or have questions.
We only stock our shelves with the merchandise we trust. If a product doesn’t work for you, you have 90 days to receive in-store credit. Every item in-store and online is eligible for return, as outlined below.
- Within 30 days of purchase: All unopened merchandise will receive a full refund.
- Between 30 and 90 days of purchase: All unopened merchandise will receive in-store credit.
- After 90 days of purchase: Returns will not be accepted.
- Within 90 days of purchase: All opened merchandise will receive in-store credit.
- After 90 days of purchase: All opened merchandise is non-refundable.
Damaged, Defective, or Broken Merchandise
- Within 90 days of purchase: If the product is damaged, defective, or broken, we will replace the product at no charge to you.
- After 90 days of purchase: All merchandise, regardless of being damaged or defective, or broken, is non-refundable.
Full Refund Processing Time
If your merchandise is eligible for a full refund, expect to receive the full refund in your account in approximately 5-10 business days after your return request (or the receipt of your returned shipment).
Note: The full refund will include the product price and sales tax. We pay for the cost of return shipping with a prepaid shipping label.
If your merchandise is eligible for in-store credit, you will receive it in the form of a gift card or as credit added to your account.

How to Make A Return
You can either return the item(s) to one of our store locations or ship it to our warehouse.
Local to the Madison, WI area? Great! Speed up your refund by returning your item(s) to one of our store locations. The Healthy Place serves you from 3 convenient locations in the greater Madison, Wisconsin area. Find our addresses here.
When returning in store, please bring:
- The item(s) and packaging
- Your original receipt or email order confirmation
Ship To Our Warehouse
We pay for the return shipping costs with a prepaid shipping label. Request one by emailing us at [email protected]. Items for refund must be shipped to our warehouse at the address below! Any items shipped to our stores will not be processed for refunds.
Inside of the package, please include:
- The item(s), carefully wrapped/protected
- A copy of your receipt
- A note with your name, order number, and reason for return (Find your order number in your order confirmation email, tracking email, or on the packing slip.)

We know that supplements are not a one-size-fits-all! We do not exchange merchandise. However, if you’d like to try something different, you can return the first item within 90 days for in-store credit, and then use your in-store credit to purchase a new item.
