What is the cost of shipping?

Free! In order to keep our products affordable for even our long-distance customers, we are happy to offer free shipping to better help you find your healthy place!

What if my package arrives damaged?

We have a guarantee behind all of our products, whether you purchase in-store or online. If your shipment is damaged in transit, contact our team at [email protected] for a new shipment or credit. 

I’m unhappy with my purchase. Do you offer free return shipping?

Yes, we do. We stand behind all of our products, all the time. But we also know that we’re all different. What works for most people may not be the best fit for you. And what works for you, may not work for someone else. This is part of the complex beauty of our bodies!

Do you ship internationally?

We do not ship internationally currently. 

I have special shipping requests. Who should I contact?

If you’ve got special shipping needs, reach out to us directly at [email protected] for assistance. Please allow 24 hours for a response during the week and 48 hours on the weekends. We like to spend time with our families, just like everyone else, so we’re closed on Sundays to catch up on snuggles, adventures, and, of course, household chores. 

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes, we do! If you’d like to expedite your shipment, please contact our team directly at [email protected]. You will need to cover the expedited shipment fees. 

What about back ordered items?

We are generally able to ship all in-stock merchandise within 48 hours of the order being placed. Backordered items will ship separately and as soon as we receive them in the store. If you have questions, contact our team at [email protected].

Having trouble finding your delivery?

Here are the steps for you to follow.

  1. Verify the shipping address.
  2. Look for your package around the delivery location. Occasionally packages may need to be left at an alternative entrance to the home or building.
  3. Ask neighbors if they received or picked up your package.
  4. If you live in an apartment building, it is encouraged that contact your property manager about missing packages.
  5. If you still are unable to locate your package after the previous steps, please contact [email protected] for further assistance within 48 hours of the delivery confirmation for your package.

Note – If you contact more than 48hrs after delivery, a replacement order cannot be guaranteed.
