Aromatic: Diffuse 2-3 drops per 100 mL of water or use in a personal inhaler. Topical: Dilute to a maximum of 3.3% in a carrier
Quick Essential Oil Recipe for a Mood Boost
When in need of soothing or a mood boost, combine equal amounts of Bergamot, Clary Sage and Basil Linalool and diffuse.
Cautions: Maximum dilution for topical application is 3.3%. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use undiluted. If pregnant or breastfeeding, consult your physician before use. We do not recommend using essential oils internally.
