Suggested Use:

• Tablet: As a dietary supplement for adults, take one (1) tablet daily, preferably with a meal or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
• Capsule: As a dietary supplement for adults, take two (2) vegetable capsules daily, preferably with a meal or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
